For this test, we provide you with two drawings, two pieces of material, a test toolbox with appropriate tools as well as access to manual equipment to produce the two parts (lathe/mill/grinder/etc.). You have 40 hours to produce the two pieces. We are fairly flexible on hours; you can schedule any time between 7am – 11pm to work 8 hours per day. We would bring you in as a contract worker and pay you for your time in the shop. Once you complete the parts, we measure them on the CMM and do additional manual measurements. If you pass the practical you will be in the final stage, pending additional interviews before an offer could potentially be presented to you.We understand that the online and practical assessments are involved and take time but wanted to make you aware of the process at the application stage.Pay Rate: The pay for this position is $35.191 - $37.011.
